I would support this statement. Usage of Diffserv in the transport
provider domain is just an option to meet the required service level.
Note that the DSCP used at the ingress interfaces would merely be an
indication of the class the flow relates to. so far theory. In practice,
good use can be made of coupling it to a diffserv environment
