agreed, but we need to start somewhere. the framework will be far from
complete or perfect, but some basic material is there. you're input
would also be appreciated, btw ;-)

good proposal : so if anybody would have links to papers, reports or
other, please send them in to this list. I will collect what I have seen
by friday, and cover it in the framework draft.
