To implement service specifications that are interpreted across domains
gives you the chance to implement various dynamic levels of end-to-end
services but requires you to have a good specification
language and/or negociation protocol and interpreters in these domains. I
think a simpler approach would be to use id references to well known
service specs available on somewhere in the net.
