    Workshop Theme
    ==============
    IWQoS is a very successful series of workshops providing an
    international forum for the presentation and discussion of
    new research and ideas on quality of service (QoS). It is a
    premier forum for all work related to QoS -- in networking,
    operating systems, servers, advanced middleware services and
    according technical issues such as quality, safety and security,
    admission, accounting, mobility. The objective of this Tenth
    International Workshop on Quality of Service is to bring together
    researchers, developers, and practitioners working in all these
    areas to discuss recent innovative results and future directions.

    The list of topics of interest includes (but is not limited to):
    * Experiences with QoS (measurements, tests, evaluations)
    * QoS control for middleware
    * Scalable QoS architectures
    * QoS in peer-to-peer networks
    * Content delivery networks with service guarantees
    * QoS routing
    * Web QoS
    * QoS in wireless and mobile environments
    * Service assurances in embedded systems
    * Charging, accounting, and pricing for QoS
    * QoS support for information appliances
    * Platform support for QoS
    * QoS adaptation mechanisms
    * Analytical and simulation models for QoS
    * Programmability and language aspects
    In the past the workshop has been cross-disciplinary, small and
    well focused, with the emphasis on innovation. As a result, a
    considerable amount of time is devoted to informal discussion.

    Call for Papers
    IWQoS invites submission of manuscripts which present original
    material and should not have been previously published nor should
    they currently be under review by another conference or journal.
    Authors must submit papers electronically via the web.
    Submission instructions will be available from the conference
    web site.
